I have been a freelance court reporter for, oh my gosh, 35 years. I am aiming for next year to be my last!!!
My passion is animal rescue, mainly dogs, although I have been known to do birds, turtles, of course cats, squirrels, a mom and her baby calf, really anything that breathes. I believe all of God's creations have meaning and purpose and are incredible and all life has value, thus worth saving. But to get off the lofty thought process down to the more simple one where I spend the majority of my time, when I look into those beautiful faces, each one so unique, I have no choice but to take them out of harm's way. One of the results of rescue is I have several dogs of my own, from small to large, so my house is loud and happy!! So my goal is to buy some acreage outside of Dallas somewhere where they can run and play and bark all they want - just be dogs. Life is very good!!
